Terms of service

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Solara AI the website and AI trading platform, together called the “Service”, operated by Solara AI Inc. (the “Solara AI” or “we”). By visiting or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use the Service.
1. Who may use the service
Use is limited to individuals aged 18 or above. By accessing the service, you confirm that you satisfy the age requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. You must not access it from a jurisdiction where applicable law prohibits or restricts its use.
2. Creating an account
Full functionality requires an account containing accurate, complete and up-to-date details. You must protect your sign-in credentials and are responsible for activity under your account. If you believe someone has accessed it without permission, contact without delay.
We can suspend or terminate an account where these Terms are breached, information is knowingly inaccurate or fraudulent conduct is detected.
3. Service scope and restrictions
Solara AI offers AI market analysis, trading signals and, where enabled, automated order execution through linked broker accounts. The Service is provided for information and analysis.
- Solara AI does not take custody of, administer or hold your money. Funds remain in a broker or exchange account registered in your name.
- The service may connect to your broker through API credentials limited to read-only or order-execution permissions. Those credentials cannot authorise withdrawals.
- Earlier strategy or signal performance is neither a forecast nor a guarantee of what may happen later.
- Trading carries risk, including the possibility of losing some or all of your capital.
4. No investment advice
Content available through the platform is not Solara AI financial, investment, trading or any other form of advice. AI outputs and signals are informational references only. Seek guidance from a suitably qualified financial professional before investing. Solara AI is not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial-planning firm.
5. Charges and billing
Certain functions are available only with a paid subscription. Current charges appear on the pricing page; changes will be announced at least 30 days beforehand. Listed prices do not include applicable taxes, which you must pay. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. At our discretion, new subscribers may receive a refund when requested within 14 days of the initial charge.
6. Activities that are not allowed
You agree not to carry out any of the activities below.
- Use the service for an illegal purpose or in breach of applicable rules.
- Try to decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer any source code belonging to the platform.
- Use automated scripts to scrape, crawl or mine service data.
- Resell, sublicense or use the whole or any part of the service commercially without written approval in advance.
- Compromise or interrupt the service's integrity, performance or underlying systems.
- Manipulate markets, trade ahead of others or engage in conduct contrary to financial rules.
7. Intellectual property rights
All content, software, algorithms, trademarks and confidential know-how made available through the Service are owned by Solara AI or its licensors. These Terms grant no transfer of ownership or other rights. You may not use our marks or logos without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers and exclusions
The Service is supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Solara AI does not promise that the Service will remain continuously available, operate without errors or be free of viruses and other harmful code.
9. Liability limits
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Solara AI shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses connected with the Service, including lost profits, data, trading opportunities or business interruption, even where warned that such losses might occur. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid to Solara AI in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and release from liability Solara AI and their officers, directors, employees and agents against claims, liabilities, losses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal expenses, resulting from your Service use, violation of these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights.
11. Ending the agreement
You can close the account through its settings at any time or contact us. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or end access immediately. Once access ends, you may no longer use the service, and account information can be removed in line with the Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable law and resolving disputes
New York State law, United States, governs these Terms, without applying its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute connected with them will first go to binding arbitration in HK under American Arbitration Association rules. Users located in the EU or UK may instead bring a claim before the courts where they live.
13. Updates to these Terms
We may amend these Terms when appropriate. Significant revisions will be communicated by email or an in-service notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
